We provide claims handling services to all our clients during the period of our appointment as Insurance Brokers.
Should a loss occur, we will be available to assist you throughout the whole claim process. Based on our in-depth knowledge of your insurance cover and market practice, we are able to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you are treated fairly.
As a first step, we kindly ask you to let us have as much information as possible in relation to the incident / loss. You may refer to the various claim contact forms on our website and choose the adequate one, depending on which class of insurance your loss relates to.
Upon receiving this information from you, our team will be able to highlight any other required information or documentation.
We will notify the claim to your Insurers, discuss any circumstances as well negotiate with them on your behalf.
We will also liaise with your Insurers in relation to the settlement of your claim and handle it on your behalf. Whenever we collect payments from Insurers on your behalf, these will be remitted to you with immediate effect
